Characteristics of Water bath type:
1.The water flowexchange is stable, temperature is well distributed, and there is no deadangle.
The recycledwater in the sterilizing groove is constantly switching from head and bottom,from left and right, causing the liquid stable flowing in the tank. And itensures the uniform temperature distribution of every point from the time spanof heating, holding and cooling. So, the goods on different place of the platereceive excellent and uniform heating effect. Therefore, it avoids the problemof dead angle. And the shelf life is more stable and much longer. Besides, itensures the uniform of the temperature distribution and heat transfer, andreduces the phenomenon occurred such as the changing of the F value andover-boiling.
2. Hightemperature and rapidly sterilize
This equipmentadopts double tanks hot water recycle to make sterilization. Hot water will beheated in the hot water tank to the acquired sterilizing temperature first (themulti-level sterilization is not include), therefore, shorten the sterilizingtime, and increased the sterilizing efficiency.
3. High precisionof the sterilization
This equipmentuses the advanced technology of Japanto sterilize by the hot water recycle and water immersion. During all thesterilizing period, the temperature, pressure, sterilize time, water entry anddrainage, air entry and exhaust are all by intelligent automatic control whichmakes a accuracy temperature(±0.5℃).

6. The sterilizing retort adopts simulatingtemperature control system, which can confirm multistage heating systems.
According to different requirements of sterilization,different heating and cooling programs can be set at any moment, and multistageheating sterilization is used to restrict heat to lowest level and keep flavorand color of foods. Precise sterilizing temperature (±0.5℃) can avoid strange smell caused byhigh temperature and pressure processing.
7. F ValueMeasuring Function
Each Water Bath Type Sterilizing Retort is installedwith F value measuring function, and F value software makes a F valuecalculation every 3 seconds. All sterilizing data including sterilizingcondition, F value, time-temperature curve and time-pressure curve, etc. can bestored or printed after being processed by software.
